Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mātātuhi Designs. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
1. Eligibility
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Cultural gifts and apparel items must be returned in their original packaging.
• We do not accept returns on bespoke orders where we are printing names, dates or completely customised items, sale or clearance items unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at orders@matatuhi.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Shipping Costs
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions on how to return the item for a refund or replacement.
